Crabs and Crack serves the Filipino "shaking bag" style of eating seafood: crab, shrimp, and other catch are tossed in a flavored sauce inside a sealed bag instead of on a plate. The menu also runs to seafood platters, bilao spreads meant for sharing, soups, and a la carte grilled and steamed dishes.
