Texas Joe's calls itself the original real American smokehouse in the Philippines, and its ribs and platters are hickory-smoked rather than boiled or treated with liquid smoke. The menu runs from baby back ribs and hickory-smoked spare ribs made with US pork to BBQ sandwiches and rice meals, and the corner site on Waterfront Road has private function rooms for meetings and parties.
