JEST Camp
JEST Camp began in the 1960s as the US Navy's jungle-survival school, where Aeta tribesmen taught American servicemen to build shelter and find food in the forest with minimal gear. When the base closed in 1991, the same instructors reopened the camp to tourists. Visitors can book day demonstrations, an obstacle course and a bird park, or sign up for overnight jungle-survival packages taught by Aeta instructors.
