Its Sky Oasis rooftop pool and bar look out over the bay, and there is a second pool with a kids' area, plus Cactus Jack restaurant and Cafe Viktor coffee bar. In March 2026 SBMA approved a PHP 587.97-million expansion adding 120 rooms, commercial space, and a three-level parking structure, construction targeted for early 2027.
