Best Western Plus sits on Dewey Avenue, five minutes from Subic Bay and SM City Olongapo. Its Sky Oasis rooftop pool and bar look out over the bay, and there is a second pool with a kids' area, plus Cactus Jack restaurant and Cafe Viktor coffee bar. In March 2026 SBMA approved a PHP 587.97-million expansion adding 120 rooms, commercial space, and a three-level parking structure, construction targeted for early 2027.
