People search for a massage in Subic Bay Freeport Zone (SBFZ), which most people call SBMA after the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority that runs it, and then discover that few places publish a menu or a price. The listings are thin. The places are real.
This article groups the spas, massage rooms and hotel spas we list by district and by kind, says what each record actually states, and is plain about what it does not. It is a companion to the wellness weekend guide and wellness without the retreat, which cover the forest, the bay and the rest of a restful stay.
Where can you get a massage in Subic Bay?
Massage in the Subic Bay Freeport is concentrated in the Central Business District (CBD), around Canal Road, Sta. Rita Road and Dewey Avenue, with a second group on Palm Street and along Argonaut and Rizal Highways. Smaller options sit at the waterfront and inside hotels. The map shows how far apart the two groups are.
Our listings usually give an address, a contact number or a Facebook page, and a one-line description of services. Rate cards are the exception, which is why booking is a conversation more than a checkout.
What kinds of spa and massage places are there?
The Freeport has four kinds of place: stand-alone day spas and massage rooms, salons that also run a spa, spas that belong to a hotel, and a mobile service that sends a therapist to you. Which one suits depends on whether you want to walk in, stay close to your hotel or stay put.
- Massage rooms and day spas: Taichi Wellness Spa, Ikigai Wellness Spa, Goldtree Massage & Spa, The Bliss by Luxage, Mimong Spa and Mimong Face and Body Spa.
- Salons with a spa side: The Atrium Salon and Spa, Crystal Salon & Spa, Olistica Nail Salon and Body Spa, Sense Soji Esthetic & Spa.
- Hotel and club spas: spa treatments at The Reef Hotel and Residences and Segara Villas, and a spa inside the Subic Bay Yacht Club.
- Mobile: Spasify, which also runs a walk-in spa on Rizal Highway.
Treatments named in the listings include full-body, foot and Swedish massage, hot stone therapy, reflexology, a foot scrub, a head-spa treatment, and facial and body treatments. The sections below say which place lists which.
Which spas are in the Central Business District?
The CBD holds a dense group of massage rooms, most of them within a short walk of Canal Road, Sta. Rita Road and Dewey Avenue. If you are staying in the CBD you can often reach one on foot.
Canal Road, Labitan Street and Sta. Rita Road
Ikigai Wellness Spa is on Canal Road and lists full-body massage, hot stone therapy, a foot scrub and reflexology. Its listing points to a Facebook page, which is where bookings and updates go.
Goldtree Massage & Spa is at 14A Sta. Rita Road on the Canal Road corner. It is a massage spa with a mobile number to call, and neither rates nor a treatment list are published, so ask both when you book.
Olistica Nail Salon and Body Spa is on the ground floor of The Aurora Suites and Pavilion, at Canal Road corner Labitan Street. It pairs nails with massage, and reviewers single out the Swedish massage. It takes bookings by mobile number rather than online.
Dewey Avenue and Harbor Point
Building 727, at the corner of Dewey Avenue and Manila Avenue, holds two salon-and-spa listings: Sense Soji Esthetic & Spa and the Freeport branch of The Atrium Salon and Spa, which says it has been operating since 2011 and now has eight branches across Zambales and Bataan. Rates are not published for either.
At Ayala Malls Harbor Point, OrigiNails on the second floor sells nail and lash services, with package deals that pair a service with a hand or foot massage. It publishes its own rates, covered below.
Where are the spas on Palm Street and Argonaut Highway?
Palm Street, Argonaut Highway and the stretch of Rizal Highway that meets it hold a second cluster, a short drive from the CBD. Spasify sits on Rizal Highway between the two.
- Taichi Wellness Spa is in the La Terraza building at 1131 Palm Street. It lists full-body, foot and Swedish massage plus a head-spa treatment. One reviewer found staff still setting up at opening time and suggested arriving a little later.
- Mimong Spa is at unit 202 of Royal Sky Plaza on Palm Street and is listed as a massage spa. It posts no opening hours, so call before you go, and nothing about treatments or prices is published beyond the listing itself.
- Mimong Face And Body Spa is on Argonaut Highway and lists facial and body treatments. It shares a phone number with Mimong Spa on Palm Street and has no website, so the mobile number is the way to book.
- The Bliss by Luxage is on the second level of Building 1143, at the corner of Rizal and Argonaut Highways. It lists foot massage and other treatments.
- Spasify is at 1034 Rizal Highway, second floor, as a walk-in spa. It also runs an on-demand platform that sends massage therapists to homes, hotels and offices in the Freeport.
Is there a spa at the waterfront?
Yes, in two forms: a spa inside the Subic Bay Yacht Club, and spa treatments at two waterfront-area hotels, The Reef Hotel and Residences and Segara Villas.
The yacht club’s spa may trade as Spa Armata. The club’s Instagram advertised on-site massage bookings in November 2025 under that name, while the mapping listing says Yacht Spa. Both point to the same address on Rizal Highway. We have not confirmed whether non-members can book, so call the number on the listing first.
The Reef Hotel and Residences, near the Subic baywalk, runs a small spa menu of massage, body scrub, and manicure and pedicure services. Segara Villas, on Waterfront Road, lists spa treatments alongside its pool.
Which hotels in Subic Bay have a spa?
Several Freeport hotels list a spa or massage service, but whether outside visitors can use it is a separate question that the listings mostly do not answer. Ask the hotel directly.
- Le Charmé Suites, on Palm Street, lists the Taichi Wellness Spa among its guest amenities, next to a rooftop pool and fitness center.
- The Aurora Subic Hotel lists Olistica Nail Salon and Body Spa among its facilities.
- Interpark Hotel houses Crystal Salon & Spa inside the building.
- Mansion Garden Hotel, Casablanca Hotel Condominium Resort, Best Western Plus Hotel Subic and Grand Hoyah Hotel each list a spa among their facilities. We hold nothing on their treatments, prices or whether non-guests can book.
- Horizon Hotel Subic offers in-room massage service, per its hotel information page.
- Kamana Sanctuary Resort & Spa, in the Ilanin Forest on Nabasan Bay, does not admit day-trippers; only overnight guests may enter the property, so its spa is not a drop-in option.
Where can you get a massage late at night?
A handful of listings show late hours, so a massage after dinner is realistic. Ikigai Wellness Spa, Goldtree Massage & Spa, Crystal Salon & Spa, Spasify and The Bliss by Luxage all list closing times late in the evening, some past midnight, and Mimong Face And Body Spa is not far behind.
Hours come from Google Maps and Facebook listings and they change, so we do not repeat times here. Our place pages carry the current listed hours, and a call before you leave the hotel is cheap insurance.
How do you book a spa in Subic, and what does it cost?
Most Subic spas take bookings by mobile number, phone or Facebook message rather than a website, and most do not publish a rate card. Ask for the treatment list, the length of each session and the price before you confirm.
- Mimong Face And Body Spa has no website; the mobile number is the only way to book.
- Olistica and Goldtree take bookings on a mobile number.
- Ikigai points to its Facebook page for bookings and updates.
- Spasify takes bookings through its own platform for home, hotel and office visits.
- Sense Soji keeps a landline and a Facebook page.
No massage or spa prices are published in our records, so we give none. The one exception in this article is OrigiNails, a nail and lash studio that lists its own rates on its website.
How to fit a spa into a Subic day
The simplest way to use a spa in Subic is as one of two things in a day: a trail, a swim or a walk in the morning, then a massage in the afternoon or evening. Rooms in Building 727, Palm Street and Canal Road sit close to cafés and restaurants, so the rest of the day can stay on foot.
