Subic Holiday Villas rents out apartment-style suites with tall ceilings, a sofa-furnished living area, and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, on a condotel and RCI timeshare basis. A 2024 review still found it operating, though it also reported cloudy, greenish pool water, and other recent reviews describe minimal on-site staffing and inconsistent maintenance.
