727 Coffee & Co. is named after its address, a portion of Building 727 on Manila Avenue, one of the converted structures that give the CBD its low, wide-eaved character. It opens at seven in the morning, seven days a week, and stays open to eleven at night from Monday to Thursday and to midnight from Friday through Sunday, as listed in September 2026. That is a long day, and it makes the place useful at both ends: an early coffee before anything else has opened, and a table to work at long after the offices have emptied.
