Coconeer positions itself on value rather than luxury, in the business district near Subic's nightlife and shopping. Its tatami rooms, a nod to parent company Muramoto's Japanese ownership, come with a queen bed and a private mini garden for PHP 7,280 a night; queen, twin, and deluxe rooms start at PHP 6,160. Longer studio stays require a minimum 120-day booking, and a daily environmental fee applies on top of room rates.
