SLABS Diner and Steakhouse
Global Promenade is the row of restaurants running off Sampson Road in the CBD, and SLABS takes a unit along it. The name says what it is, a diner and a steakhouse, the kind of place built around a table of people rather than a quiet plate for one. The hours do not change through the week, ten in the morning to ten at night every day as listed in September 2026, so it works for a late lunch as readily as for dinner. There is a landline for bookings. No menu or price list is published in anything on file.
