EFR-Yachts runs private and joiner charters on Subic Bay from an office on Rizal Highway in the CBD: birthday cruises, sunset runs, day trips out to Sampaloc Cove and Capones Island, corporate charters and overnight bookings. It trades as part of EFR-Subic, operated by Lee-Cortez Legacy Support Services, Inc., which also does catering and marine support work. The company's own site was still posting through September 2026, and its charter packages are priced per boat rather than per head.
