Rusty Divers works out of the Bella Baia Building at Moonbay Marina, on the Waterfront Road side of the CBD, and runs both guided dives in Subic Bay and the instruction that leads to certification. The shop keeps regular hours, eight to five seven days a week as listed in September 2026, which is the shape of a dive day: out in the morning, back in the afternoon. Its own site, rustydivers.ph, carries the contact channels, and there is an email address for enquiries. Rates are not published, so plan on asking; what is diveable on a given day depends on conditions anyway.
