San Quintin (San Quentin)

Spanish gunboat deliberately scuttled in 1898 to block the channel between Grande and Chiquita islands during the Spanish-American War. Likely the oldest wreck in the bay, sitting at 10-16m and thick with coral growth.

San Quintin was a Spanish gunboat, intentionally sunk in 1898 to block the channel between Grande and Chiquita islands during the Spanish-American War, making it, by most accounts, the oldest wreck in Subic Bay. Now mostly flattened but with a recognizable bow and stern, it sits in 10 to 16 meters of water and carries dense coral and sponge growth, with more than 20 nudibranch species recorded on site. It's an easy dive, open to Open Water divers.
