Tappan Park sits on Dewey Avenue in the Freeport's old port area, next to Alava Pier and a short walk from the San Roque chapel. OpenStreetMap maps it as a park and Google still listed it as one in August 2026, with only a handful of reviews to its name. No managing body publishes opening hours or an entrance fee for it. The ceremony that handed the naval base over to the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority in September 1992 was held here. It works as a pause on a waterfront walk rather than somewhere to plan a visit around.
